In December 2024, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) awarded the first tranche of contracts under its OASIS+ vehicle, selecting Constellation Inc. among a limited group of small businesses. This award positions Constellation to immediately compete for high-impact federal professional services work across multiple mission domains.
OASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus) is a governmentwide, multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract administered by GSA and represents the next generation of the original OASIS program. It streamlines how federal agencies acquire complex professional services across areas such as program management, consulting, engineering, and logistics. Only firms awarded a position on the vehicle are eligible to compete for future task orders, making selection a significant milestone, particularly for small businesses. Being named in this inaugural group of awardees gives Constellation an early foothold on OASIS+, reinforcing its credibility as a competitive federal partner and enabling agencies to rapidly access Constellation’s expertise to advance mission-critical initiatives with speed, confidence, and compliance.
Constellation Inc. is a CMMI Level 3 appraised, ISO-certified small business and OASIS+ SB prime contractor with nearly two decades of experience supporting DHS and other federal agencies. The company delivers program management, analytics, emerging technologies, and mission support solutions that strengthen national security, enhance readiness, and drive measurable results.
