The Human Resources Data Analyst supports Homeland Security programs by performing federal human resource management and administrative functions in alignment with agency policies and mission requirements. This role supports personnel actions, onboarding and offboarding, records management, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with OPM guidelines and Title 5 regulations. The analyst works closely with HR teams and leadership to maintain accurate documentation, support workforce operations, and deliver reliable data and reporting that enable effective personnel and program support.
